There’s a really good bistro restaurant, too – open for lunch Tu-Sun
Catch a movie at a Texas institution. The Alamo Drafthouse started in Austin and has spread across the state because of it’s unique concept and special events. Order food and drinks from a waiter who serves you during the movie!

Go shopping! There are a number of malls and shopping centers in San Antonio, but one of the most interesting is the outdoor mall at La Cantera.

Downtown:
Visit the Riverwalk – one of San Antonio’s most unique features. You can take a boat tour to see it all, or meander around on foot. All the nooks and crannies have unique designs, fountains, etc…
Visit the missions – The Alamo is the most famous (and centrally located), but we have four other beautiful missions.

Title: Engagement Party
Location: Maggiano’s Little Italy— San Antonio, TX
Date: 2009-06-13
Time: TBD
Description:
The Moursund family is throwing us an engagement party! The details are still somewhat dynamic, but the date is solid. Sarah and I will be flying in that Friday and meeting up with both of our parental units.Saturday we will be a day of joy and celebration, and Sunday a day of rest and relaxation…
Sarah will be in town some time afterwards, planning for the wedding and if all goes as planned I will be able to work down there for a few weeks, so that I can taste wedding cakes… I mean help Sarah and have an opportunity to be more involved in the process.
