Catch a movie at a Texas institution. The Alamo Drafthouse started in Austin and has spread across the state because of it’s unique concept and special events. Order food and drinks from a waiter who serves you during the movie!

Go shopping! There are a number of malls and shopping centers in San Antonio, but one of the most interesting is the outdoor mall at La Cantera.

Downtown:
Visit the Riverwalk – one of San Antonio’s most unique features. You can take a boat tour to see it all, or meander around on foot. All the nooks and crannies have unique designs, fountains, etc…
Visit the missions – The Alamo is the most famous (and centrally located), but we have four other beautiful missions.
